You can drink the first serving in the afternoon and the next serving after two hours.

Squeeze out half cup of fresh juice with a grapefruit and remove the pulp. Add a cup of olive oil to at least half cup of this fresh grapefruit juice. Drink this mixture after mixing it properly and go to bed immediately.

Next morning take the third serving of the Epsom salt mixture and after two hours take the fourth serving. After two hours, you can get to your normal diet.

Due to this cleansing process, you must suffer from the problem like diarrhea. Diarrhea is very helpful in flushing out the gall stones. Another method of liver cleansing is done by using essential oils, fruit juices and herbs. The process of liver cleansing can be done twice a year, but it must not be carried out during winter season.
